Creator Agreement

1. Role of the Platform

• MeetingBook.in is a technology platform that enables Creators to list services and accept bookings
• We act solely as an intermediary and do not provide the services listed by Creators
• Creators are independent service providers and are not employees, partners, or agents of MeetingBook.in

2. Creator Responsibilities

As a Creator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your services
• Deliver services as promised to customers
• Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle customer interactions responsibly

You are solely responsible for the services you offer.

3. Payments & Fees

• Payments for bookings may be collected via MeetingBook.in
• The platform may deduct applicable platform fees (including transaction fees) before settlement
• Remaining amounts will be transferred to the Creator’s registered bank account

Creators agree to the platform’s fee structure as communicated.

4. Settlements

• Settlements for successful sessions are automatically initiated on a **T+2 basis** (Transaction + 2 days).
• MeetingBook.in reserves the right to delay or withhold settlements in case of disputes, refunds, or policy violations.

5. Refunds & Disputes

• Creators are responsible for delivering the booked service
• In the event a customer cancels a booking more than 24 hours prior to the session, an automated 100% refund is initiated.
• Important: Payment gateway transaction fees (approx. 2.36%) are non-refundable by the gateways. To ensure customers receive a full refund, these sunk fees will be deducted from your settlement balance when an automated refund is processed. The platform's commission is fully reversed in these scenarios.
• In case of non-delivery or disputes, MeetingBook.in may:
  • Initiate refunds to customers
  • Deduct the refunded amount (including any processing fees) from the Creator’s balance or future payouts

Creators agree to cooperate in resolving disputes.

6. Additional Services & Offerings

• Any additional services, remedies, consultations, or offerings (including but not limited to pooja, spiritual remedies, or personalized advice) are solely the responsibility of the Creator
• Creators must not make false claims, guarantees, or misleading promises
• MeetingBook.in is not responsible for any outcomes, claims, or disputes arising from such services

7. Prohibited Activities

Creators must not:

• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices
• Offer illegal or prohibited services
• Bypass the platform to collect payments directly from customers
• Misuse customer data

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

8. KYC & Compliance

• Creators may be required to submit KYC details including PAN, bank account, and identity proof
• Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or delayed payouts

9. Limitation of Liability

MeetingBook.in shall not be liable for:

• Service delivery failures
• Customer dissatisfaction
• Any claims related to outcomes, results, or effectiveness of services

Creators agree to indemnify and hold MeetingBook.in harmless from any claims or disputes.

10. Termination

• MeetingBook.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate Creator accounts at its discretion
• Any pending settlements may be withheld in case of violations or disputes

11. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant MeetingBook.in a license to display and promote their services on the platform.

12. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
