1. Platform Overview

MeetingBook.in is a technology platform that enables users (“Customers”) to book appointments and services offered by independent service providers (“Creators”). We provide tools for scheduling, booking management, and payment facilitation.

2. Role of the Platform

• MeetingBook.in acts solely as an intermediary platform
• We do not provide the actual services listed by creators
• Creators are independent service providers and are fully responsible for their services

MeetingBook.in does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any services provided by creators.

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation

4. Bookings & Payments

• Customers can book appointments through the platform
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
• By making a payment, you agree to the pricing set by the creator

MeetingBook.in facilitates payment collection on behalf of creators.

5. Platform Fees

MeetingBook.in may charge:

• Subscription fees for platform usage
• A platform fee on transactions

All applicable fees are communicated transparently on the platform.

6. Settlements to Creators

• Payments collected from customers are settled to creators automatically on a **T+2 basis** (Transaction + 2 days), after the deduction of applicable platform fees.
• MeetingBook.in reserves the right to delay or withhold settlements in case of disputes, refunds, or policy violations. Settlements may also be subject to standard payment gateway processing times.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Customers are eligible for an automated, 100% refund if their cancellation request is initiated more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for automated refunds and require manual mediation or creator approval.
• MeetingBook.in reserves the right to process refunds in case of creator non-delivery, disputes, or policy violations.

8. Creator Responsibilities

Creators agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of their services
• Deliver services as promised
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain professional conduct with customers

Creators are solely responsible for the services they provide.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users and creators must not:

• Engage in fraudulent or misleading activities
• Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass platform fees or payment systems

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on MeetingBook.in are owned by the platform and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

MeetingBook.in shall not be held liable for:

• Service quality or outcomes provided by creators
• Disputes between customers and creators
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses due to platform downtime or technical issues

12. Additional Services & No Liability

• Any additional services, remedies, consultations, or offerings (including but not limited to pooja, spiritual remedies, personalized advice, or extended services) provided by creators outside or beyond the original booking are solely between the creator and the customer.
• MeetingBook.in does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any such additional services.
• If a creator fails to deliver any promised service (whether part of the original booking or additional offering), the responsibility lies entirely with the creator.

MeetingBook.in shall not be held liable for:

• Non-delivery of services
• Dissatisfaction with services
• Claims related to outcomes, results, or effectiveness of any service or remedy

Users are advised to exercise their own judgment before purchasing or engaging in any additional services.

13. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third-party services.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, without prior notice, if these terms are violated.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
