At MeetingBook.in, we aim to provide a smooth booking experience for both customers and creators. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Booking Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel a booking before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the creator’s policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Automated 100% Refund:

  • Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. (100% of the booking amount will be refunded automatically).
  • Duplicate payment or technical error
  • Creator fails to attend or deliver the booked service

❌ Not Eligible for Automated Refund:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time (will require creator approval and manual processing)
  • After the scheduled appointment time has passed
  • If the service has already been delivered
  • Dissatisfaction with the outcome or results of the service
  • Any additional services or offerings purchased directly from the creator

3. Creator Responsibility

  • Creators are responsible for delivering the booked services
  • In case of non-delivery, customers may raise a refund request
  • MeetingBook.in may review and facilitate refunds at its discretion

4. Platform Role in Refunds

MeetingBook.in acts as a facilitator for bookings and payments. We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests based on available evidence
  • Mediate disputes between customers and creators

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)

6. Platform Fees

  • Platform fees and payment processing charges may be non-refundable
  • In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued after deducting applicable fees

7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

  • MeetingBook.in reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform
  • Repeated refund requests may result in account suspension

8. Changes to Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
